Getting your car serviced or repaired by our specialists couldn’t be easier – choose from one of the hassle-free options below to ensure our service is worked around you:
At Lincolnshire Car Service Centre we ensure our service is streamlined and convenient and we offer several options to make getting you car serviced or repaired as simple as possible. Just choose the option which suits you.
1) Drop Your Car Off
Simply leave your car with us between 8am and 10am and your vehicle will usually be ready for you to pick up between 3.30 and 5.30pm the SAME DAY.
Outside these hours you may park your vehicle on our forecourt and post your keys through the secure drop off box.
2) Wait With Your Car
Most servicing and repair work on your vehicle can be completed while you wait. We have a comfortable waiting area with TV, Wi-Fi and refreshments and our dedicated team will ensure work is completed to schedule without unnecessary disruptions to your day.
Alternatively, you can take a small walk into Lincoln centre whilst we repair your vehicle. We will always contact you for authorisation prior to carrying out any work on your vehicle, no matter how small the repair may be.
3) Book A Courtesy Car
If you need to be kept on the road, simply pre-book one of our Courtesy Cars. We have a range of vehicles from small hatchbacks to large estates so talk to one of our advisors about your requirements.
4) Collection and Delivery
For the ultimate hassle-free solution we can pick up your vehicle from your home or work – at a time to suit you and then drop it off when the work is complete.
Our Service Advisors will contact you when your vehicle arrives on our premises to discuss the work involved and to let you know when you can expect your vehicle to be returned.
